25% gamay, 75% pinot. 13.2% alcohol. Nicolas likes to get the extra ripeness in the generic wines. This works extremely well here, and tames the acidity. A charming and full-bodied Passetoutgrains.

The 2020 Bourgogne Passetoutgrains, which includes 25% Gamay, has a delightful, open-knit bouquet with lively red cherry and strawberry fruit. The palate is what you might describe as "dainty", well defined with a crunchy, tart finish that feels just a little "clipped" at the moment.
