Offering up a bouquet of straightforward, pristine fruit—pineapple and lime—Mont Redon's 2021 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is medium-bodied, crisp and direct, with hints of crushed stone lingering on the finish. It's a tank-aged blend of 55% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Roussanne and 10% Picpoul Blanc that should be consumed over the next year or so.

The 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc matured entirely in stainless steel vessels. It exhibits delicate green apple, pear, quince and lemon peel notes. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and balanced by soft acidity, the 2021 Blanc concludes with a sapid finish.

Based on Grenache Blanc and Picpoul, the 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc has impressive aromatics of pear, honeyed apples, and chalky minerality to go with a medium-bodied, crisp, vibrant style on the palate. It’s not massive or concentrated, but it’s flawlessly balanced and has bright acidity as well as a great finish. Drink bottles over the coming year or three.
