1990 Volnay Caillerets

The 1990 Volnay-Caillerets, which is even more tannic than the 1990 Volnay-Les Aussy, is powerful and authoritative on the palate, with tremendous extract. Closed and unevolved, it needs 4-5 years of cellaring and should keep for 10-15. The Volnay-Les Aussy and Volnay-Caillerets may ultimately eclipse the Taillepieds and Pitures.
