This 2021 was a little quiet at first, dark and broodier, but gradually an incense-like sweetness lifted from the glass. On the palate, the wine is so silky, with a concentrated core of vibrant dark fruit – waiting to blossom with time. There’s such depth, with a real creaminess that softens its framework. Mouth-wateringly juicy, the finish is long and saline. Stunning.
