Bottled December. Sweet and with a hint of aromatic herbs. Does the business but no price yet. A little dry and severe on the end. (JR)

The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay has a pretty, minty bouquet that has a spring in its step. The palate is well balanced with a crisp, chalky entry and modest depth, though it is just missing a little tension on the finish.

Fine-boned and precise, the 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay offers up aromas of pear, citrus oil, white flower and clear honey, followed by a medium-bodied, vibrant palate. This year, it will see longer maturation on the lees, which will likely deliver more texture.
