Just as in the en primeur tastings, the 2022 Le Pin Beausoleil displays oaky and toasty characteristics without gaining freshness during its élevage. Evoking aromas of licorice, oak and toast, it's moderately full-bodied, well-structured and concentrated, offering a ripe profile that culminates in a finish reminiscent of a cigar box.

Cassis, violets, white flowers, and some obvious limestone-like minerality emerge from the 2022 Château Le Pin Beausoleil, a ripe, medium to full-bodied, sexy 20202 that holds onto a terrific sense of freshness.

Deep damson in colour, good quality, marizpan, fennel, sage, impressive, cocentrated, glass-staining purple, fresh acidities, abrupt onthe finish but this is good quality and should be great value. Impressive.
