Score 92/100 · Drink 2023-2035, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, May 2022

The 2019 Lirac La Lorentine is another successful vintage, dominated by scents of purple raspberries and hints of garrigue and blueberries. Full-bodied and richly textured, it's a blend of foudre-aged Syrah and tank-aged Grenache and Mourvèdre, all grown on largely calcareous soils. It should drink well for at least a decade.

Moving to the 2019s from bottle, the 2019 Lirac is a rich, peppery, red and black-fruited 2019 that has the concentrated, ripe, structured style of the vintage. It’s going to drink nicely for 4-6 years.
