2015 Puligny Montrachet Les Folatieres

(13.2% alcohol): Bright yellow. Sexy, pure aromas of lemon oil and white flowers, with a complimentary note of honey. Compellingly silky and rich but not weighty, with lovely lemony acidity giving cut to the lightly saline, floral middle palate. Finishes with excellent lift. This wine is a bit farther along in its élevage than most of these 2015s and is particularly easy to taste.
