Good dark red. Reserved nose hints at kirsch, violet, minerals and licorice, all lifted by a whiff of blood orange. Perfumed, pure and wonderfully sweet, with a smooth texture enlivened by superb acidity. This has grand cru texture and mouth coverage. Finishes saline and extremely long, with terrific fruit intensity. A wonderfully vibrant 2009 in the making.
