Derived entirely from lieu-dit Les Nosroyes, located below the premier cru Les Perrières, Ramonet's 2017 Puligny-Montrachet Village reveal notes of citrus oil, pastry cream, toasted almonds and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, with racy acids and a chalky finish.

(the yield here was lower than in 2016, according to Jean-Claude Ramonet): Sexy scents of peach and smoky oak. Broader and suppler than the village Chassagne, conveying an impression of lower acidity and greater sucrosité . A note of minerality firms the wine's finish.
