The 2018 Boekenhoutskloof Noble Late Harvest has a lovely honey, quince and yellow plum nose that blossoms in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a viscous texture effortlessly offset by the line of acidity. Very pure, very seductive, revealing lovely peachy notes on the finish. I should not use the word "yummy" in a tasting note, but that is exactly what this is.
