93% Cinsault, 7% Syrah. Waxy and fresh nose, red summer fruits, graphite and sweet Christmas spice. Has real power and concentration. A clean and ripe finish – powerful and elegant at the same time with a freshness driving it. (AC)

The 2018 Follow The Line is mainly Syrah with 14% Cinsault and includes 50% whole-bunch fruit. It has a detailed, tertiary nose of brambly red berry fruit infused with hints of morel. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine acidity, a gentle, caressing texture and a saline, slightly savory finish that is understated but persistent. Follow this wine.

86% Cinsault, 14% Syrah. Pale garnet. Juicy and round with a bit of polish but not the freshest fruit. Sweet and quite charming but I wouldn’t mind a little more precision. (JR)
