The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a blend of three parcels in Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. It has quite a steely, grapefruit-tinged bouquet. The palate is quite strict with bitter lemon and plenty of malic notes, a little short and simple, but it does the job.

Notes of citrus oil, white flowers and crisp green apple preface the 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay, a medium-bodied, racy and incisive wine that exhibits more cut and tension than the last handful of vintages.
