Tasting notes
FINE+RARE, Nov 2023

The fruit for this wine comes from one of the highest-altitude vineyards in the village, situated on the border with Saint-Aubin and just above Chassagne’s quarry. It spent 18 months on lees, 12 of which were in oak. The ripe nose is expressive with a hint of something lactic, but the palate offers nice freshness and density. The finish is long, with a savoury hint that lifts the dense finish.

Lemons, apricots and buttered brioche on the nose, followed by a creamy and zesty palate with a medium to full body. Drink now.
