The 2014 Chardonnay Westside Farms, from Ramey's estate vineyard in Healdsburg, is rich and voluptuous, but some of that is tempered by picking a bit earlier. The flavors are bright, intense and nicely lifted throughout. This is a very pretty Russian River Chardonnay.

Pretty floral notes perfume the nose of the 2014 Chardonnay Westside Farms Vineyard, giving aromas of orange blossoms and honeysuckle over a grapefruit and white peach core, plus a hint of crushed stones. The medium to full-bodied palate is more powerfully fruited and concentrated than perhaps the nose suggests, with rich citrus and stone fruit flavors supported by racy acid, finishing long and creamy.
