Deep greenish gold, this wine actually smells of pineapple liqueur. It is clearly alcoholic in a flashy, dramatic way with many layers of flavour but is ultimately a little dry on the finish. (JR)

Pale straw-gold. Musky, somewhat swampy nose hints at insecticide. Modest depth and texture in the mouth; needs more nuance and delineation. A bit attenuated and harsh on the back end, with a finishing note of honey.
