The 2016 Vin Jaune Arbois Les Bruyères is delightful. Classically styled and expressive, it opens with prominent dried chamomile, walnuts, bread dough and a pinch of saffron. Powerful and concentrated, the 2016 hits the palate at full throttle. A long and finely delineated nutty finish confirms a Vin Jaune of outstanding quality.
