Drink 2024-2029, FINE+RARE, Nov 2023

Straw-coloured, with green flecks, this is drinking beautifully now. The nose is creamy with light toast and delicious lemon, white florals, pink grapefruit and a hint of almond. The palate is soft, round and rich yet with great tension. There’s a bite to the texture, juicy with quinine and a finish full of lemon and buttery brioche. Entering its prime drinking window now, drink this over the next four to five years to enjoy the full spectrum this great Premier Cru has to deliver. Another great effort from Francine Picard.

Aromas of white orchard fruit, matchstick and citrus rind serve as a cool introduction to the nicely voluminous, round and delicious medium weight flavors that display much better depth and persistence on the clean and agreeably dry finish. Drink 2021+
