Score 93/100 · Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Nov 2022

The 2018 Pommard Clos des Epenots 1er Cru has a clean, pure and well-defined bouquet with ebullient red berry fruit and fine mineralité (one of the few Côte de Beaunes in this tasting to exhibit that trait). The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, taut and fresh, quite saline with a beautifully proportioned, harmonious finish that lingers in the mouth. What a beautiful Pommard. Chapeau. (NM)
