Nose still quite restrained. The Helden Auslese is not trying to impress with sweet opulence, but convince with a stylish combination of silky texture and juicy fruit. The fruit flavours may be quite exotic but are partnered to perfection by a fine acidity. Elegance is the key to this performance. (MS)
