Bright, light yellow. Pretty aromas of pear, lemon, fresh herbs and white flowers. Supple and easygoing, offering a subtle sweetness but also a dusty salinity to its pear and apple flavors. Finishes firm and persistent. This is already quite tasty but has the stuffing, balancing acidity and structure to give pleasure for at least a few years.

Zippy apple fruit with a saline mineral aroma. Some creamy characteristics on the palate. Not especially concentrated or lengthy, but has an enjoyable savoury length. (RH)

Flagship of the domaine on a mix of six different vineyards and soil types. Deep straw. Open and charming. Then lively and vegy acidity. A little sweet – not the savour of a classic Côte d’Or white. Chalky finish. Pleasing. (JR)
