Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2023-2027, Neal Martin, Dec 2021

The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, which is de facto Bourgogne Côte d’Or (as it will be labelled in 2022) is matured in used barrel. It has a pretty red cherry and raspberry-scented bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannins, quite fresh, light but lively with a tart finish. Fine.
