The 2021 Reserve Chardonnay has a medium-straw colored core with a slightly hazy rim. It is layered, complex and fresh with aromas of lemon skin and yellow cherries before a soft, oaky essence sways from the glass. Medium-bodied, bright and vibrant, a fine mineral tension dances across the mid-palate, showing excellent action before ending with a beautiful finish that exudes elegance and finesse.

The 2021 Chardonnay Reserve comes from a single vineyard, barrel fermented at 18° Celsius and matured in 30% new oak. It has a clean and precise bouquet with citrus lemon and lemon verbena, the oak neatly integrated. There is a subtle reductive note at play. The palate is medium-bodied with fine definition; a subtle nutty note lends character on the finish. A cool and classy Chardonnay.
