The 2022 Ventoux Persia Blanc is 100% Roussanne, sourced from two adjacent plantings from 1980 and 2000. Aged in a combination of concrete tanks (75%) and new Seguin-Moreau Icone barriques (25%), it offers up mouthwatering aromas of ripe pineapple, tangerine and peach. Medium to full-bodied, with an appealing plumpness to the fruit but still crisp and refreshing, this harmonious white wine finishes long and gently briny.

The 2022 Ventoux Persia is old vine Roussanne, and while it used to be a barrel selection, 25% now comes from new barrels with the rest from tank. Pure white peach, hints of pear, white flowers, citrus oil, and subtle spicy notes are followed by a medium-bodied, concentrated wine with laser-like focus. It's another incredibly aromatic white from Sebastian that will benefit from a year in bottle and should have upwards of a decade of overall longevity.
