The 2023 Monthélie 1er Cru Les Champs Fulliot Blanc reveals aromas of white flowers, bread dough and nutmeg, framed by light reduction, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and saline palate that's fine-boned and delicate.

The 2023 Monthélie Champs Fulliot 1er Cru has a precise bouquet that unfolds crushed stone and pine forest notes. The palate is very well balanced with a touch of menthol on the opening, a slightly viscous texture and a spicy finish. It's delicious if unapologetically short-term.
