The 2023 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain presents a mixture of red and blueberry fruit on the nose, simple but effective. The palate is medium-bodied with blue fruit on the entry, offering fine weight, though it needs a bit more brightness on the finish. Early drinking.

Groffier has long produced one of the better examples of this appellation, and the 2023 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain (which contains 25% Gamay) is a solid effort, with a lively, medium-bodied palate and aromas of dark berry fruit.
