The 2021 Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons Blanc has a pleasant bouquet with scents of dried pineapple and freshly sliced pear, a little more resinous than it showed from barrel. The palate is well-balanced with a slightly peachy entry and ample weight—a well-made dry white Graves with a mango-tinged finish. Fine.

The 2021 Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons Blanc has pretty citrus and pineapple scents on the nose. The palate is fresh on the entry, with fine acidity, a slightly waxy texture and peach skin and grapefruit notes on the finish. Fine.
