Empty bottle 450 g. 100% Chenin Blanc. Partial malolactic conversion. Natural cork. Free SO 2 10 mg/l, total SO 2 40 mg/l, RS 2.2 g/l. Organic and vegan. Deep gold and one of Jacky Blot’s last vintages. Still youthful and with many years ahead of it. Very pure and just starting to develop that beguiling toasty undertow. Very pure and exciting. The 2021 Clos de Mosny is a creamy, richly flavored style with masses of concentration, suggesting low yields. Fully dry with rounded edges thanks to Burgundy-influenced barrel fermentation, which adds savory flavors and a lightly oxidative apple-like character. This wine has an impressive sense of presence wine thanks to the tannin. It's a miracle this was even made as it was a frost vintage.
