Score 94/100 · Drink 2021-2029, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, Apr 2021

The super pale, aromatic and delicate 2019 Julien en Billat was produced with grapes from schist and marl soils. The grapes were hand-destemmed and went through a long maceration. It's only 10.5% alcohol. It has a full range of aromas and flavors but an ethereal and elegant personality. It's floral and spicy, incredibly textured and long. Superb!
