Score 91/100 · Drink 2023-2028, Yohan Castaing, Wine Advocate, Nov 2023

In comparison to the 2016 vintage, the 2019 de Cérons has a plenitude and complex bouquet with aromas of cassis, blackberries, flowers and menthol. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and elegant, it’s gourmand with bright acids and a long, penetrating finish. This is worth hunting down.

Full bottle 1,306 g. 55% Cabernret Sauvignon, 45% Merlot. Grown by the Perromats on a limestone base. Pale ruby. Light nose but a very ripe, sweet, flattering palate entry before a light to medium charge of ripe tannins make themselves felt. This should be appreciated by lovers of classic claret with its pleasing freshness. Far from intense but nicely balanced. (JR)

Balanced Graves wine, silky smooth with precise and well crafted cassis and bilberry fruits. This really stands out, one to recommend, easy to drink but with personality. 50% new oak.
