Grown on Moutere clay gravels. Low-cropped single-vineyard. Hand-harvested. Indigenous-yeast ferment. Unfined. Vegan. This does actually smell of Albariño (fresh and marine)! Though the acidity is pretty sharp at the moment. I'd wait until around April 2021 ideally before drinking this. Lightly astringent finish. (JR)

An intriguing nose that's no doubt influenced by its wild yeast component, bringing pretty talc and white-flower-like aromatics. This medium-bodied wine offers lovely weight on the seamless palate, which exudes a creamy texture. The acidity is mouthwatering, leaving flavors of apple, lemon and a hint of pastry on the finish. It fades a little more rapidly than I'd like, but it's an attractive and varietal Albariño that will provide immediate pleasure.
