Radio-Coteau's 2017 Chardonnay Wingtine is such a classy wine. Silky, perfumed and enveloping, the 2017 is flat-out delicious and so alluring. Lemon confit, almonds, dried flowers, chamomile and bright floral notes all run through the 2017. Bright saline nuances lend striking freshness as well as persistence. In 2017, the blend is 80% Estate and 20% Heintz.

The 2017 Chardonnay Wingtine comes from a handful of sites and is always a good introduction to the vintage. Fermented and aged in 10% new oak, it offers a classic Burgundian bouquet of stone fruits, crushed citrus, some obvious minerality, and a kiss of oak. It has a beautiful freshness as well as an alluring reductive quality that's balanced by beautiful fruit and texture. It's a beautiful, elegant wine. 204 cases.

The 2017 Chardonnay Wingtine is gorgeous. Orchard fruit, lemon confit, chamomile and lightly honeyed notes all grace this exquisite, super-expressive Chardonnay. Silky, open-knit and creamy, the 2017 has so much to offer. Tasted from barrel, Wingtine is a blend of fruit from Charles Heintz and the Radio-Coteau Estate. The Wingtine looks like it could be a real overachiever in 2017.
