Mid crimson. Confident, nicely put together, still slightly chewy but with pure fresh fruit. No green. (JR)

The 2014 Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard comes from multiple Dijon clones as well as the Calera, Pommard and Martini selections, It is soft, juicy and elegant, with strawberry, cherry, blueberry and floral notes in a medium-bodied, drinkable and up-front style. This is reminiscent of a premier cru from the Côte de Beaune and should be consumed over the next 7-8 years.

The 2014 Pinot Noir Savoy is exquisite. Dark, powerful and concentrated because of the low yields that year, the 2014 exudes richness and intensity, within the context of the Radio-Coteau style, of course. Dark red cherry, plum, violet notes flesh out, but the Savoy stands out for its power and structure. The Savoy is shaping up to be a real jewel of a wine.
