Score 92/100 · Drink 2021-2026, Jeb Dunnuck, Jul 2021

Leading off the reds, the 2019 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley is medium-bodied and nicely textured, with ripe tannins, lots of spiced red and black fruits, subtle Russian River cola and floral nuanced, and just a seamless, layered personality that’s already drinking nicely. It should evolve for 4-5 years with no issues.

Pale ruby-purple, the 2019 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley has pretty aromas of dried violets, blueberries, raspberries and bergamot with dusty, earthy undertones. The medium-bodied palate is plush, approachable, perfumed and fresh with a spicy finish. 520 cases produced.

The 2019 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley) offers up a burst of sweet red/purplish fruit, lavender and spice. Juicy and forward, yet very much on the restrained side of things, the 2019 is another undeniably appealing wine from Three Sticks.
