The 2019 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard Lancelot is a soft, easygoing wine. Sweet dried cherry, mint, spice, cedar and crushed flowers are all nicely laced together. This is an especially delicate style of Pinot from Pisoni, a site where wines typically show a bit more body and overall texture.

Score 97/100 · Drink 2022-2032, Jeb Dunnuck, Aug 2021

The 2019 Pinot Noir Lancelot Pisoni Vineyard is the more mineral-driven wine of the lineup and has a brilliant, lifted nose of wild strawberries, white flowers, orange blossom, and crushed stone. Beautiful on the palate, this medium to full-bodied 2019 has a solid spine of acidity, notable tannins, and flawless balance. It offers incredible pleasure today yet will be at its best in 6-12 months and have a decade of longevity.
