Sour apple fruit, very tart acid. Doesn't have much in the way of complexity considering its age, and the acidic structure is way too hard. This is a hardship to taste, I'm afraid. (RH)

The 2014 Chardonnay Unoaked is laced with the essence of lemon oil, white flowers and mint. Bright, perfumed and crisp, the 2014 is an excellent choice for drinking over the next handful of years. Although there is no oak, the Chardonnay offers lovely depth and plenty of textural nuance, all in an attractive, mid-weight style.
