Medium red. Sexy red berries, flowers, smoke and vanillin oak on the nose. Dense, concentrated and silky-sweet, with lovely clarity and intensity of flavor. Finishes with youthfully firm-edged tannins and excellent length.

Red-ruby. Complex, explosive aromas of dark fruits, flowers, minerals and espresso. Sweet on entry, then quite firm and precise, with a strong mineral structure adding to the impression of power. Has an old-viney density but seems imploded today and is not yet showing its fat. Finishes firmly tannic and long. This will require patience.
