(for 375 ml.; 8.2% alcohol with 28.5% residual sugar) Medium gold. Dried apricot and honey on the nose. Supersweet, dense and thick, with a strong spice character. Has just enough acidity to avoid cloying but nevertheless seems a bit cooked and heavy for this style. Finishes with good length. Not in the class of the 2000.
