Bevan's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Harbison Vineyard emerges from the front of the property, where the reddest and rockiest soils are found, is terrific. Energetic, vibrant and explosive, the Harbison exudes vibrancy. Black cherry, violet, spices, cloves, graphite and menthol, along with the wine's broad tannins, give the wine its super-distinctive personality. Time in the glass brings out some of the more mineral and savory-driven qualities of this site as expressive in the 2014 vintage. This is another terrific wine from Russell Bevan and Victoria De Crescenzo.

The 2014 Harbison is another titanic effort from Bevan. Saturated blue/black in color, the wine has intense camphor, charcoal, blueberry and blackberry aromas wrapped in some subtle toast and licorice, this full-bodied classic has off the charts richness and potential. Great stuff!
