The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is bright, punchy and full of character. Lees aging and the use of larger-format oak yield a wine of real complexity and personality. White flowers, orchard fruit and mint give the wine lovely aromatic brightness. Far from an easygoing wine, the 2018 has a ton of structure, not to mention terrific overall balance.

The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is made up of 52% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Sauvignon Musqué and 3% Sémillion. It features beautifully intense notes of lemon curd, yuzu and pink grapefruit with touches of wild thyme, lime blossoms and chalk dust. Medium-bodied, elegant and refreshing, the palate possesses plenty of vivacity and a good, long mineral-laced finish.
