Full-bodied and structured, yet ripe, pure, and balanced, it's a serious wine that deserves 4-5 years of bottle age and will evolve for 15+.
The 2020 Tempranillo Red Mountain Estate comes from the estate on Red Mountain and includes 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the aging in 60% new barrels. Lots of pure red and black fruits as well as notes of smoked meats, chocolate, and graphite define the bouquet, and it's full-bodied, with a round, lush mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and a great finish. There's tons to love here.
