The 2015 Pinot Noir Anden Seven Springs Vineyard is pale to medium ruby-purple and opens with a touch of reduction on the nose over aromas of cracked peppercorn, sliced charcuterie, underbrush and bramble berry. Medium-bodied, it's very savory in the mouth, with plenty of tart black fruit and meaty character, framed by grainy tannins and great juicy acidity, finishing long and savory. 159 cases produced.

Phylloxera-infected vines which makes a naturally low crop because the roots are being eaten. 100% whole-bunch fermentation. Light and ethereal with delicate red fruit and excellent herby complexity. Long and perfumed finish. Has a bone-china transluence. Delicious! (RH)
