The 2017 Pinot Noir La Encantada Vineyard is darker colored (than the Solomon Hills) and comes from the Sta. Rita Hills. It was destemmed and brought up in 53% new French oak. It's one of the standouts here, offering a rocking core of dark berry fruits, ground herbs, earth, and wood smoke. Ripe and beautifully textured, with sweet tannins and terrific overall balance, it's already impossible to resist yet will keep for a solid 7-8 years, probably longer.

The 2017 Pinot Noir La Encantada Vineyard is a real stand out. The aromatics and fruit are really bursting with energy. Bright and vibrant in the glass, with gorgeous Pinot flavors, the 2017 is fresh, layered and flat-out delicious. Don't miss it.
