Blended with 14% Petit Verdot, the 2017 Cabernet Franc Tinaquaic Vineyard sports a deep purple hue as well as complex notes of black raspberries, red currants, sappy herbs, exotic flowers, and cedar. These all carry over to the palate, where the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a round, elegant texture, plenty of ripe tannins, and a great finish. It's another complex, elegant yet also concentrated wine from this estate that can be drunk today or cellared for over a decade.

The 2017 Cabernet Franc Tinaquaic Vineyard is deep, powerful and beautifully layered in the glass. Readers will find a rich, virile Cabernet Franc loaded with character and plenty of old school structure. Inky dark blue/purplish fruit, game, licorice, leather and menthol open in the glass, with broad, sweeping tannins that wrap it all together. This is an incredibly distinctive wine.
