Dusty rose, dried strawberries and hints of sawdust waft up from the incredibly pretty 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Serra Pedace. This steps lightly, yet has a lot to say, with floral-laced red and black fruits offset by a hint of white pepper. This finishes classically dry and with a pleasant youthful grip. Blue and purple floral nuances slowly fade. Such a beauty and so refined, the 2019 is sure to have a very long life.

The 2019 Serra Pedace has a perfumed, floral, exotic style in its cassis and blue fruits as well as remarkable purity and freshness. Showing more tobacco and underbrush notes with air, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a seamless, incredibly refined, elegant texture, ultra-fine tannins, and a great, great finish. This gem of a Cabernet is going to have 25+ years of longevity. It's well worth seeking out and up with the crème de la crème of the vintage.
Aromas of crushed stone, green peppercorn and black currant. Full-bodied with fine, chewy tannins. So rich and plush on the palate with ripe black fruit. Excellent, articulate acidity. Tobacco and leather come through. Powerful and expansive yet elegant with a sort of chalky understone.. Best after 2024 but so delicious now.
