This is a gorgeous and seamless cabernet sauvignon with super polished and refined tannins. Full-bodied yet rather tight and pulled back. Hand polished. Goes on for minutes. Big and rich on the finish, but always slightly austere and focused. Try after 2022.

There's a scant 125 cases of the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon T5, which comes from a higher elevation site and vines planted in 1986. All Grace Clone Cabernet Sauvignon, it's a full-bodied, layered, incredibly rich Cabernet that's a legendary wine in the making. Huge notes of blackberries, currants, cedarwood, and scorched earth all emerge from this powerful 2016 that’s locked and loaded on the palate. It shows more smoke tobacco and dark chocolate with time in the glass and will ideally be given 4-5 years of bottle age. It's going to keep for three decades.
