Opaque ruby. A complex bouquet presents blackberry, cherry pit, smoky minerals and licorice. Suave and intense, with very good depth and a juicy character to its dark berry and mineral flavors. Finishes subtly tannic and long, with excellent concentration of fruit.

Cask sample. Deep crimson. Very fresh and vibrant fruity nose. Relatively light. Rather a Cabernet Franc sort of St-Joseph. A bit skinny. (JR)

Inky ruby. Complex aromas of black and blue fruits, smoky minerality, violet and olive. Sweet and juicy, with tangy acidity adding urgency and lift to the blackberry and mulberry flavors. Finishes long and spicy, with a strong note of cracked pepper.
