The 2021 Jersey Girl is dark and rich, blending brown spice with grilled herbs and musky black currants. This is soothingly round with ripe red black fruits lifted by juicy acidity. It finishes with a pleasantly chewy sensation and saturation of grippy tannins that frame the experience nicely.

The 2021 Syrah Jersey Girl is blended with 6% Graciano and 6% Viognier and was matured for 16 months in 63% new French oak. It has alluring scents of blueberry, blackcurrant, licorice, lavender and juniper with earthy undertones. The full-bodied palate is chalky and vibrant with layered, floral fruit and a long finish. It unfolds dramatically as it spends time in the glass and will benefit from 3-5 years in bottle.

The deep purple/plum-hued 2021 Jersey Girl is mostly Syrah but includes 6% each of Graciano and Viognier. Aged 16 months in 80% new French oak, it has a killer bouquet of black and blue fruits, bacon fat, spring flowers, and violets. With full-bodied richness and a round, lush, yet seamless, focused texture, it's another absolutely incredible wine from this estate that will knock your socks off any time over the coming decade. Joshua Harp’s Jada Vineyard, with help from Napa’s Tony Biagi, has leapt into the top handful of producers in Paso Robles over the last few years and these 2021s might be the best yet.
