The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon offers good freshness and plenty of drive as well, even if the mid-palate feels a bit compact. I would prefer to drink it over the next few years, before the fruit starts to dry out. There is lovely purity to the red berry, tobacco, cedar and floral flavors, just not enough depth to support more than a handful of years of drinking,

This shows crystal-clear blue fruit such as blueberries, iodine, pine needles, cedar, mint and dark licorioce. It\'s lively on the palate with oyster shell flavors, real savory character, firm tannins, pretty acidity and a minerally finish. Drink now or hold.
