Based on 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and the rest Malbec and Cabernet Franc, aged 20 months in 65% new French oak, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cameron Fisher is a big, ripe, concentrated effort that offers classy black and blue fruits intermixed with sappy herbs, chocolate, and floral notes. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it has ripe tannins and a great finish. Drink this plump, rich, textured 2021 over the coming 10-15 years. Drink 2025-2040.

Score 93/100 · Drink 2023-2031, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Dec 2023

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Cameron Fisher is a fine introduction to the top Cabernets in this range. It presents a compelling mix of blue/purplish fruit, lavender, spice and dried herbs. Medium in body and savory, with terrific depth, the 2021 is notable.
